How can I use DeeLight & DeeSure?

DeeMoney's money transfer service is available to all registered customers 24/7 through the DeeMoney app (available on iOS & Android) and during working hours at our branches.

DeeLight & DeeSure are automatically available to all DeeMoney customers for transactions made via the DeeMoney App or at branches for transfers to more than 62 countries. With DeeLight, your money reaches its destination on time, and with DeeSure, if it takes longer than 3 working days*, you'll receive compensation — no extra steps or registration needed.

DeeLight: Fast, Reliable Money Transfers

DeeLight aims to complete 90% of transactions within minutes to 24 hours.

Processing time: Most transfers are completed within minutes to 24 hours.*

Payout network: Enhanced networks increase efficiency.

Timelines: Clear timeframes provide predictability.

*External factors such as banking networks, regulatory reviews, and public holidays may impact processing times. If a transfer takes longer than three working days (Public holidays, weekends, and non-banking days in the sending or receiving country are not considered working days), DeeSure offers compensation.

DeeSure: Security and Timely Delivery

DeeSure ensures that customer funds are safeguarded in segregated accounts that are compliant with Bank of Thailand regulations until deposited into the recipient's account. If transfers exceed three working days, customers are compensated according to the tiers listed below.
  • Fund protection: Customer funds are held separately from operational accounts.
  • Automated Refunds: If a transaction is incomplete, funds are automatically refunded.
  • Delay compensation: Compensation is provided if transfers exceed three working days*
Compensation Tiers:
  • Transfers under 10,000: 200 THB Grab Voucher
  • Transfers between 10,001 THB and 100,000 THB: 1,500 THB Grab Voucher
  • Transfers over 100,001 THB: 3,000 THB Grab Voucher * Please read terms and conditions here (link to DeeSure T&C)

Exceptions Apply

The Service Level Agreements listed above this section DO NOT apply in the following cases:

  • If your transaction is held by compliance on either sender or receiver party and face delays requiring further investigations or documentations to support the transaction details. You will be contacted in case of this exception.
  • Wrong or Inactive Bank accounts are not eligible to receive funds.
  • Technical / Network related issues at Send or Receive side.
